Hello!

A little about myself. My name is Crystal, I am a mom of 2 beautiful children and a wife to my amazing husband. I have been working in advocacy work for 15 years! I have spent roughly 10 of those years working in mental health and trauma informed care with both children and adults. My educational background includes a Bachelors degree in psychology and child development.

Birth is a beautiful and individual experience. It is the hardest and most rewarding thing you will ever do. My goal as your doula is to do everything within my power to ensure that your birth experience leaves you feeling strong, powerful and proud!
